Who Are Care For People?
Care For People Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider partnering with care providers, independent support workers, and allied health professionals through a licensing / Provider Partner model. We hold NDIS registration and partner with organisations and individuals so they can deliver fully registered, compliant NDIS services under our registration.
We support those who receive and deliver NDIS services — covering 14 registration groups across Australia for Agency Managed, Plan Managed, and Self Managed participants.
How the Provider Partner Model Works
01 — Care For People holds registration and manages compliance
We hold and maintain full NDIS provider registration, meeting the NDIS Practice Standards set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission — covering governance, workforce capability, incident management, and rights-based service delivery. As a registered provider, we undergo independent audits by an approved quality auditor: a certification audit every three years, plus a mid-term verification audit at approximately 18 months.
02 — Licensed Provider Partners deliver NDIS services under our registration
Provider Partners deliver NDIS supports under Care For People's registration as their own businesses, via a Provider Partner Agreement and Company Licence. We support each licensee with compliance oversight and an intelligent work management portal to maintain high standards.
03 — Fully registered, compliant, nationally recognised service delivery
This lets participants receive fully registered, compliant service delivery (essential for Agency Managed participants), while capable providers can deliver under a registered provider and expand their client base. In Australia, there are roughly 27,000 registered NDIS providers versus over 230,000 unregistered — joining Care For People as a Provider Partner is the practical solution.
